Mains Capital Management Sdn. Bhd. only collects payments from its customers upon completion of the service/services rendered to its customers. The customer will be required to pay to Mains Capital Management Sdn. Bhd. the amount of the service fee billed to them. All service fees paid to Mains Capital Management Sdn. Bhd. are non-refundable unless in the event of failure to deliver relevant services due to issue/s within Mains Capital Management Sdn. Bhd. and, in such instances, the service fees will be immediately refunded. All customers are to take note of this refund policy before engaging our services.
